• ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of food using recipe cards and SOPs.
• Ensure meal quality, safety and contract compliance.
• Provide leadership to Cooks and give feedback to supervisors/manager.
• Coordinate production with meal serving hours to maintain excellence, quality and appearance.
• Oversee sanitation and proper food storage.
