The role requires prior back-of-house experience and the ability to supervise a team in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes adherence to ServSafe standards, customer and partner interactions, and flexibility to meet varying contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in back of house food service or related field.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or lead role experience in food service preferred.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 90 days from start date.
• Must possess knowledge of basic operation of kitchen.
• Must be able to read and quantify recipes and menus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present large quantities of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Interact professionally with customers, government personnel, subcontractors, and management.
• Follow instructions, dress code, and safety/health standards.
• Support assigned contract(s) requirements and schedule adherence.
