Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Cook III to join our culinary team and contribute to distinctive, high-volume dining experiences aboard a luxury waterfront property.

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will prepare meals per recipes, train new staff, and uphold sanitation and portion standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Must have a technical, trade or vocational school degree or experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop positive working relationships and support your team to reach common goals.
• Prepare special meals or substitute items.
• Assisting with stocking and setting up each station.
• Training new staff in all preparation methods.
• Be a role model for other cooks to follow the company 5-star standards.
