Job summary

Arvato in the United States is seeking a skilled Conveyor Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair automated systems across the facility, coordinating preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. You will troubleshoot PLCs, conveyors, sortation and robotics, lead small projects, and collaborate with vendors to install upgrades while ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Be knowledgeable and skilled in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, and Distribution Automation.
• At least 10 to 15 years of conveyor maintenance experience (Hytrol/Interroll a plus).
• At least 5-10 years of automation repair, diagnostics and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, installations, and repairs on conveyors and related systems.
• Respond to system issues involving conveyors, MHE, sortation and controls.
• Lead and support advanced troubleshooting and repair of automated systems.
