Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH in Louisville, KY is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform daily maintenance, installations, and repairs on conveyors, material handling equipment, and automation systems.

You will troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and control systems, read manuals, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring uptime and safety. This role requires extensive conveyor and automation experience and the ability to work with little supervision.

Qualifications

• Extensive conveyor maintenance experience required.
• Experience with automation diagnostics and power distribution.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex automation and conveyance systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, installations, and repairs in all areas of the floor as assigned.
• Respond to system issues involving conveyors, MHE, sortation, and controls.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades and modifications to building assets.
• Read and interpret operation manuals, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate third parties and order parts; interface with vendors and operations.
