Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking an experienced Conveyor Maintenance Technician to maintain conveyance, automation, and control systems across facilities. You will lead preventative maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and repair components including PLCs, HMEs, VFDs, and robotic systems.

Formación

• Knowledgeable in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, and Distribution Automation.
• 10–15 years Conveyor Maintenance experience (Hytrol/Interroll a plus).
• 5–10 years Automation repair, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with I/O networks (Profibus, Data Highway, CANbus).
• Ability to use computers to diagnose material handling and building automation systems.
• Able to lead/direct maintenance projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily maintenance, installations, and repairs of conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Respond to system issues involving conveyors, MHE, sortation, and controls.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades and repairs to building assets.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system components.
• Support coordination of third parties and ordering parts.
• Interact with manufacturers, vendors, and operations to implement modifications.
