Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL service provider, seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep facility operations running smoothly. You will maintain conveyance and automation systems, perform installations and repairs, and coordinate preventative maintenance with the team.

The role requires diagnosing material handling and building automation systems, strong teamwork, and proactive problem-solving. The position is on-site in a 12:30 PM–9:00 PM shift, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing material handling and building automation systems.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
• Advanced diagnostic/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to train junior personnel.
• Ability to lead projects and repairs on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of hardware fixtures, equipment and tools.
• Identify causes of equipment malfunctions and downtime; implement preventive measures.
• Prepare checklists and technical documentation.
• Maintain and service hardware fixtures, equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with external service providers.
• Implement operational optimizations.
