Job summary

Performance Team in the United States is seeking a skilled Technical Maintenance Mechanic to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of conveyors, motors, bearings, and electrical controls, and experience with CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in warehouse/distribution/manufacturing environments.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic controls issues on material handling equipment.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, sortation equipment, gearboxes, motors, VFDs, sensors, bearings, chains, belts, and rollers.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedules and procedures.
