Job summary

People Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Conversion Manager to lead on-site and on-brand audience growth initiatives. You will own acquisition strategies across newsletters, memberships, app downloads, and events, translating data into actionable plans.

You will collaborate with Product, Growth, Editorial, and Design teams, driving A/B tests, campaign QA, and performance reporting while shaping best practices in conversion optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in acquisition or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Proven track record of driving subscriber and/or email acquisition
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of audience conversion strategies to drive subscriptions and acquisition goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on conversion performance and provide insights.
• Build and manage campaigns within marketing technology platforms, ensuring QA and timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share best practices to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with brand leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
