Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Senior Content Designer (Conversational–Chat) to craft clear and accessible dialogue, prompts and navigational content for chat experiences. Fully remote role with opportunities to extend based on business needs.

You will collaborate with conversation/product designers, managers, developers, and legal/compliance teams, driving content strategy, voice and tone, governance, and accessibility standards across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design, strategy and UX writing.
• Accessible, scalable, user-centered conversational content.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with stakeholders including SMEs and legal/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for chat experiences, including prompts and error messaging.
• Collaborate on content strategies, voice and tone, and information architecture.
• Work with product/design, development, and legal teams.
• Distill complex concepts into clear, concise content and taxonomies.
• Audit and inventory content for quality, compliance, and branding.
