Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to guide the Controls group while continuing to perform controls work. You’ll mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and partner with SCADA, PLC, and database specialists to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment.

You’re an exceptional candidate if you bring strong controls and troubleshooting experience, collaborative leadership, and the ability to manage projects with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Controls Technicians and coordinate projects.
• Coordinate with SCADA, PLC, and automation teams to implement control systems.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance.
