Job summary

Marvin is hiring a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to lead the Controls team while continuing to perform controls work. You’ll mentor, coordinate, and guide the team to complete projects on time, collaborating with SCADA, PLC, and database specialists to deliver sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment.

You’re an exceptional candidate if you bring strong controls experience, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to manage projects while empowering team members to own their work.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Project management skills and ability to execute to timelines.
• Strong, proactive communication, training, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to create a collaborative team environment and empower others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Controls Technicians while continuing to perform controls work.
• Coordinate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate automated equipment.
• Manage projects and timelines through successful completion.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming-related issues.
• Build relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain Marvin standards.
