Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Custom Equipment Programming Group (CEPG) Controls Team Supervisor to lead the Controls Technicians, mentor the team, and coordinate projects while continuing to perform controls work.

You’ll partner with SCADA, PLC, and database specialists to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment, drive improvements in machine efficiency, and ensure on‑time delivery with a collaborative, ownership‑driven approach.

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1–2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong project management and communication/mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
Mentor and coordinate Controls Technicians; plan work and balance workloads.
Collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate automation systems.
Diagnose and resolve equipment and control issues; improve procedures.
Manage projects and timelines; provide end-user training.
