Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to lead the Controls Technicians while continuing hands-on work on controls projects. You will mentor team members and coordinate with SCADA, PLC, and database specialists to integrate advanced manufacturing equipment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to manage several projects with quality and timeliness, including vendor liaison and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with controls knowledge.
• Project management skills and ability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work with cross-functional teams.
• Support leadership activities: interviewing, training, workload planning, delegation, and performance feedback.
• Research, analyze, install, and test automation control systems to meet production needs.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues; improve procedures.
• Manage projects and timelines, ensuring on-time completion and end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment and wiring meet Marvin specs and collaborate across departments.
