Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Sr. Controls Sales Executive to hunt and expand Automated Logic’s new construction customer base in the Indianapolis area. This field-based role requires building strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and coaching junior sales staff.

Candidates should reside near Indianapolis, IN to support local client sites. You will drive account growth, negotiate terms, present to owners, and collaborate with engineers and field techs to close multi-year service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, BAS, or HVAC controls.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships with accounts.
• Position Automated Logic as the preferred BAS design partner.
• Perform take-offs and bid projects across ALc offerings.
• Negotiate with contractors on scope, pricing and terms.
• Deliver compelling presentations to owners and reps.
• Use CRM tools to plan and document progress.
