Aspire Talent Solutions, a major southwest suburban Atlanta-area manufacturer, seeks a Controls Engineer to join their facility. You will troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems, in an Allen Bradley PLC environment, to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.

Collaborate with Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Technology teams on projects from initiation to FAT, leading electrical and control system modifications, robotics interfaces, and commissioning in

Competenze

Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education in conjunction with related work experience and/or training.
Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer.
Experience in an Allen Bradley PLC environment.
Strong ability to lead and collaborate on manufacturing projects across departments.

Mansioni

Maintain relationships with Maintenance, Toolroom, Manufacturing Engineering, Technology Team, and Production to support operations and CI initiatives.
Troubleshoot electrical faults on equipment from 24V to 480V; diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
Provide controls engineering expertise for projects: electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, commissioning, troubleshooting.
Lead projects by coordinating activities, timelines, and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain technical reports and FATs; document changes to machine capabilities and efficiency measures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OHSA) and internal EHS rules.
