Ashton North LLC is seeking a Controls Engineer for their southwest suburban Atlanta facility. You will troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.

The role operates in an Allen Bradley PLC environment across stamping, die casting, plating, finishing, and assembly processes. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, machine program modifications, and leading or supporting projects from initiation to completion, with

• Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education with related work experience.
• Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but will consider at least 2 years as a controls engineer.
• Experience in Allen Bradley PLC environments and machine integration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with Maintenance and Engineering to support operations and CI initiatives.
• Electrical troubleshooting on production equipment from 24V to 480V circuits.
• Provide controls engineering expertise for projects: design, PLC/HMI programming, commissioning, troubleshooting.
• Lead projects and coordinate activities with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, FATs, and documentation for controls activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal EHS standards.
