Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in the Atlanta area seeks a Controls Engineer to join a high-volume manufacturing facility.

You will troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems in an Allen Bradley PLC environment, supporting stamping, zinc die casting, plating, finishing, and assembly. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, machine programming modifications, project leadership from initiation to completion, and safety/compliance with OHSA standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical troubleshooting across 24V to 480V production systems.
• PLC/HMI programming and commissioning experience.
• Design modifications for safety, efficiency, and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems on production equipment.
• Lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, and manage timelines.
• Document FATs, root causes, and engineering activities.
• Ensure safety compliance per OHSA and internal EHS policies.
• Design and modify machine controls and prepare schematics.
• Support or lead manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
