Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Controls Engineer to join their southwest Atlanta metropolitan area facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, programming, and integrating automated equipment to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.

Qualifications

• Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education with related work experience.
• Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but will consider at least 2 years as a controls engineer.
• Experience in Allen-Bradley PLC environment and integration of electrical control systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical troubleshooting on production equipment from 24V to 480V circuits; diagnose faults and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or support controls engineering activities including design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments and external vendors to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and FAT-related documentation and maintain safety/compliance with OHSA and internal standards.
