Job summary
KingRecruitingServices is seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer for a major manufacturing facility in the Atlanta area. You will troubleshoot, program, and integrate electrical and automation systems to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.
This role operates in an Allen-Bradley PLC environment across stamping, zinc die casting, plating, finishing and assembly processes, with relocation assistance, a very competitive compensation package, and strong benefits.
Qualifications
- Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education with related work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but will consider at least 2 years as a controls engineer.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and program electrical and control systems across departments.
- Lead projects from initiation through completion with internal and external teams.
- Improve equipment safety, efficiency, and uptime.
- Prepare technical reports and FAT documentation.
- Maintain safety compliance with OHSA and EHS standards.
