Job summary

Sora Resource Group, LLC seeks a Controls Engineer to troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment in a southwest suburban Atlanta manufacturing facility. The role focuses on improving safety, efficiency, and uptime in an Allen Bradley PLC environment across stamping, zinc die casting, plating, finishing, and assembly processes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, lead projects, and support FAT and validation activities while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical troubleshooting of production equipment from 24V to 480V control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics for on-floor diagnostics.
• Familiar with ABB, FANUC, and Universal Robots robot platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems.
• Lead or support manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare technical reports, FAT, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance with OHSA and internal EHS standards.
