Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks an experienced controls-focused professional to design, implement and support BMS and EPMS in AWS data centers.

You will engage with internal customers, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage projects from scope through execution, ensuring safety, reliability and cost efficiency. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, on-site visits to data centers, and continual process improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering science.
• 5+ years of industrial controls and automation experience.
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management work (RFPs, bidding, change orders, QC, submittal tracking).
• 10+ years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist internal customers with the design, configuration, validation and operation of BMS and EPMS systems.
• Provide technical assistance and support to operations during the data center lifecycle.
• Review maintenance items for BMS/EPMS and drive resolution actions.
