Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years of product development experience, or Master/PhD in related field.
• Experience with model-based systems and development processes (ARp4754A/DO-178C).
• Knowledge of SysML and requirements management tools like DOORS.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned control system functions and interfaces across programs.
• Provide technical guidance to a small engineering team and ensure quality outcomes.
• Travel up to 20% between Rolls-Royce sites and up to 10% for other travel.
