Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or PhD in related field.
• U.S. Citizen eligibility required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned control system functions and interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Support full life cycle development and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Travel up to 20% between Rolls-Royce sites and up to 10% other travel.
• Develop and communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
