Job summary

RTX Corporation in Aurora, CO is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, and is onsite.

Responsibilities include EVMS implementation, variance analysis, EAC updates, and collaboration with IPT leads to align scope, schedule, and budget. You will prepare performance data for stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program management, project control, or CAM-related roles.
• Experience developing object-oriented software (Java or C).
• Familiarity with EVMS and related tools.
• Proficiency with metrics and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cost, schedule, and technical performance owner for assigned control accounts.
• Support EVMS implementation, variance analysis, and EAC updates.
• Collaborate with PM and engineering teams to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in program performance.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive process improvements.
• Present financial and performance data to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Contribute to EVMS deliverables and prepare for IBRs and Government Surveillance Reviews
• Pursue EVMS certification.
