RTX is seeking a Program Manager (Onsite) in Aurora, CO to lead cost, schedule, and technical performance for civil construction projects. You will interface with customers, subcontractors, and executives to report status and risks while guiding internal teams to meet milestones and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree with significant relevant experience specified in the posting.
• Experience leading complex, high-value development contracts as a Program Manager.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance using PM tools (EVMS, IMP, IMS) and risk management.
• Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills with leaders and stakeholders.
• Raytheon PM certification at level 3, or ability to obtain within 1 year.

• Direct internal and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and quality objectives.
• Drive disciplined execution through risk management, schedule analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Interface with customers, subcontractors, and executives to report status, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee execution of a firm-fixed-price civils construction project.
• Develop strong Government Leadership Team relationships to enable trust and partnership.
• Secure follow-on contract work through shaping and capture activities.
• Implement modernized software development processes, moving legacy processes to a scaled Agile model.
