Job summary

RTX, the world largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a dedicated financial analyst to support monthly financial planning, forecasting, and close processes. You will work with Factory Operations Managers, IPT Leads, and Supply Chain Management to drive accurate financial performance across programs.

Responsibilities include developing EAC and LRE activities, performing PRISM analyses, reviewing EVM and CDRL data, and preparing variance reporting.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years.
• Experience applying EVMS for cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
• Experience developing financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing program data and producing trend analyses.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly financial planning, forecasting, and close process (RPlan).
• Develop and support quarterly EAC and monthly LRE activities.
• Perform PRISM analysis, including updates to MRP drivers and material analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and support to Factory Operations Managers, IPT Leads, and SCM functions.
• Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities to program teams and leadership.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance reporting and data analysis.
• Perform cost, schedule, and financial analysis and reporting using standard company tools.
• Review EAC inputs, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Review EVM, funding data, and monthly CDRL reporting.
