Job summary

Eastern Research Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of federal, state, and local contracts, from proposal development through closeout.

You will advise clients and internal stakeholders on risk, compliance, and strategy, champion competitive proposals, and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure compliant, timely contract execution and continuous improvement of contracting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of contract administration experience with federal/state/local contracts.
• Experience with GSA M&A, EPA, and/or DoD contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts across the full lifecycle, including proposals, negotiation, administration, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver contract support.
• Advise senior management on risk, compliance, and contract strategy.
• Drive compliant, competitive proposals with technical and business leads.
• Develop and improve contract policies, procedures, and best practices.
