Job summary

ERG is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts in support of federal, state, and local government contracts. You will collaborate with Contract Administrators, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred with 8+ years in subcontract administration.
• Experience independently preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements.
• Familiarity with FAR, CPSR, and procurement regulations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals for compliance and documentation.
• Negotiate teaming agreements and NDAs, coordinating with technical, contracts, and proposal teams.
• Conduct research and compile subcontract data for audits and reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations throughout the lifecycle.
