Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full subcontract lifecycle for federal, state, and local contracts. You will review proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure rigorous documentation and compliance across teams.

You will collaborate with Contract Administrators and project teams to mitigate risk and support successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Remote/hybrid options are available depending on assignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of subcontract administration experience, particularly in the acquisition of professional services.
• Familiarity with FAR and CPSR is required or highly valued; prior experience preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals for completeness, compliance, and approvals.
• Support proposal efforts by negotiating teaming agreements and NDAs and coordinating inputs with technical, contracts, and proposal teams.
• Conduct research and compile subcontract- and contract-related data in support of audits and government reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
