Job summary

Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) seeks a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full subcontract lifecycle for federal, state, and local contracts.

You will collaborate with Contract Administrators, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8+ years of subcontract administration experience, especially in professional services.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes (GSA MAS, EPA, DoD) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe with strong recordkeeping.
• Working knowledge of FAR and CPSR processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals for completeness, compliance, and approvals.
• Support proposal efforts by negotiating teaming and NDA agreements and coordinating input with technical, contracts, and proposals teams.
• Conduct research and assemble subcontract- and contract-related data for audits and government reporting.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
