Job summary

Galvanize Therapeutics in the United States seeks a Contracts Administrator to be the first point of contact for contract requests and key compliance tasks, delivering a professional and empathetic experience for internal and external customers.

You will manage CLM, CRM, and ERP systems; draft and review agreements with Legal and Finance; and partner with Sales to negotiate terms, renewals, and contract entitlements while updating systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a contract administrator.
• 3+ years working directly with external clients.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service with quote-to-cash exposure.
• Expert MS Word and Outlook; intermediate Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience with CLM, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Preferred: pharma/biotech/medical device exposure.
• Knowledge of compliance issues in medical devices and FDA regs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of contract inquiries within set response times.
• Manage contract systems, educate internal customers, and track entitlements in ERP/CRM.
• Draft and review agreements; coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Partner with Sales to negotiate agreements via email or video calls.
• Drive contract extensions/renewals; ensure adherence to entitlements.
• Update CLM/CRM/ERP with data and retrieve documents as needed.
