Talentify is seeking a Contract Analyst to support contract drafting, negotiation, budgeting, and administration in a medical device and clinical research context. This remote, 2-year role involves cross-functional collaboration with legal, clinical, and reimbursement teams.

The analyst will draft and manage contracts, review redlines, analyze FMV, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. A strong background in contracts and budgeting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of contract or negotiation experience.
• Advanced degree (Master's/JD) with 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle activities from development through execution.
• Analyze FMV and support budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with legal, clinical, reimbursement, and cross-functional teams.
• Track contract status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review contract redlines and provide recommendations.
• Maintain contract documentation, records, and reporting.
• Support outsourcing proposals, supplier agreements, and vendor management.
• Assist with project coordination and smaller contract-related initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
