Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist in the United States to draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial contracts and tenders. You will evaluate commercial and legal risk, advise Commercial teams, and oversee the contract process end-to-end, including templates, playbooks, and compliance.

Experience with hospital contracts in healthcare is strongly preferred. This role requires 5–7 years of professional experience in law or contract management, a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; paralegal degree optional.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in law or contract management.
• Healthcare industry experience with hospitals strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revise, edit, and redline complex commercial contracts and agreements.
• Evaluate commercial and legal risk and suggest contract structures.
• Counsel Commercial teams on regulatory issues and options.
• Manage contract templates, playbooks, and policies.
• Oversee contract management system end-to-end from draft to execution.
• Monitor compliance and report trends and risks to Legal.
