Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. seeks a Director of Campus Dining & Hospitality to lead strategic, financial, and operational efforts for a multi-unit, high-volume operation across dining halls, retail, catering, and production.

You will oversee 100+ full-time staff and hundreds of part-time employees, driving service quality and student experience. You will develop workforce leadership, manage budgets and governance, and partner with stadium and campus leadership to align programs with SDSU goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field with at least 10 years of management experience in large-scale dining/hospitality operations.
• Master’s degree in related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for campus dining, retail, catering, production, and hospitality operations.
• Oversee a $50M+ operation with diverse facilities and teams.
• Develop leaders, succession plans, and a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
