Job summary

• At least two years in high-volume food service operations; at least one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concessions events and ensure customer service excellence.
• Develop and maintain employee schedules to cover staffing needs.
• Communicate with campus partners regarding concessions expectations and concerns.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, POS operations, and reports.
