Clinisys is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to own the end-to-end contracting lifecycle for suppliers, technology providers, and other third parties. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, IT and business leaders to structure, negotiate, execute, and manage agreements that support growth while minimizing risk.

This role requires drafting, strategic negotiations, and collaboration across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive experience negotiating and managing complex tech and services contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools optional.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value supplier and third-party agreements.
• Translate business objectives into pricing, operations, SLAs, data protection terms.
• Own complex negotiations with stakeholders and present risk-based recommendations.
• Partner across functions to align terms with corporate objectives and risk thresholds.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries and approval matrices.
• Oversee CLM data consolidation and ensure accurate contract data.
