The role emphasizes pricing strategy, risk mitigation, and best-in-class SLAs, requiring quick understanding of diverse contracting models and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, or vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and partner with Category Leads, Legal, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Drive pricing, terms, risk mitigation, and SLAs in complex contracts across multiple products and services.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies across diverse business areas and vendor relationships.
• Manage high-pressure negotiations while aligning with legal, regulatory, and business needs.
• Ensure contract documentation and data are properly captured in Medica's contract management tool.
