Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of related experience with a BA/BS, or 12 years without a degree.
U.S. Citizenship required and active Top Secret clearance.
On-site work requirement; travel as needed per program.
Strong knowledge of contract types (Cost Reimbursement, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) and NDA/SOW/Teaming agreements.

Responsibilities

Participate in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact to enable proper contract acquisition.
Provide support to senior management on contractual and business issues.
Provide strategic leadership to develop innovative contracting solutions to meet program objectives.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts/modifications to ensure compliance with internal policies and public laws.
Summarize contract issues, research compliance matters, interpret regulations, identify risks, and provide recommendations.
Act as primary interface with customers during proposal phase, negotiations, and contract performance.
Negotiate sound business deals and provide governance to the program team.
Manage multiple assignments concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Manage relationships with U.S. Government customers.
