Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Contracts & Supply Chain professional to manage complex bid and contract activities for the SPE unit. The role involves customer and supplier facing duties and requires deep proficiency in negotiations, contract administration, and compliance with procurement laws.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in government and commercial settings, strong time management, and the ability to work onsite as mission requirements change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in contracts and supply chain.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; willingness to upgrade.
• Experience with diverse contract types, NDA/SOW, and flow-down provisions.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal preparation, lead negotiation, administration and closeout.
• Interface with customer professionally; provide guidance to senior management.
• Draft, review and negotiate prime contracts and subcontracts; ensure compliance.
