Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking an on-site Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of compliant, compelling proposals of varying size and complexity. You will coordinate with multiple functional areas to plan, develop and improve customer-facing proposals and guide the pursuit team throughout the process.

The role requires drafting, editing and proofreading to ensure compliant, high-quality responses, with travel as needed and a focus on strategic content development for

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting proposal and business activities.
• Experience leading low complexity proposals as a Proposal Manager.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 10% outside the WMA.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Shipley methodologies and practices.
• Experience in leadership role, preferably in government contract.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of compliant and compelling proposals.
• Collaborate with team members and consultants to develop offerings.
• Lead planning, development and refinement of proposal content.
• Work with subject matter experts to understand project goals and objectives.
• Lead content planning, solutioning and strategy.
• Track and report proposal submissions and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and guidelines.
• Provide proposal development training per industry best practices.
