Job summary

Nightwing Group is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the High Consequence Missions business. The role requires advanced contract negotiations skills and the ability to interface with internal stakeholders and customer management. Candidates must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers on-site work in Sterling, VA with a salary range of $99,000 to $206,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits including healthcare and 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Contract Management, Negotiations, or related fields.
• U.S. Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph as of day one.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field; willingness to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and modifications to ensure compliance.
• Summarize issues, research compliance matters, identify risks and recommend actions.
• Interface with customers during proposal, negotiations and performance.
• Manage multiple assignments to meet schedule deadlines and interface with internal and external partners.
