Candidates must hold a Secret clearance and bring extensive experience in technical data packages, risk assessment, and structured contract administration. Relocation support may be available and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 13+ years of related experience.
• Strong MS Office Suite and Adobe skills.
• In-depth FAR/DFARS knowledge and contract types experience.
• Excellent proposal development and negotiation skills.
• Experience with technical data packages and data rights.
• Active Secret security clearance required

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues and monitor program obligations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage contract administration.
• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters for compliance.
• Review terms to address risk areas and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and manage written communications with customers for contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and data/invoices.
• Manage contract changes and maintain historical information.
