Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Government Compliance Leader to architect our FAR/CAS compliance framework and advise senior management on government contracting matters.

You'll lead audits, submissions, and internal controls, partner with program management, contracts, and finance, and translate complex regulations into practical guidance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA/CMA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive government contract accounting experience with deep expertise in FAR Part 31 and CAS standards.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams in government contracting environments.
• Hands-on experience preparing and defending Incurred Cost Submissions, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals, and CAS Disclosure Statements.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Expertise & Agency Relations: serve as liaison with DCAA/DCMA; lead audits and disputes; assess regulatory impact.
• Technical Leadership & Deliverables: direct submissions like Incurred Cost Proposals, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals, and CAS Disclosure Statements.
• Strategic Compliance Architecture: design and implement policies that embed compliance into operations and risk controls.
• Business Partnership & Influence: translate regulatory complexity into actionable guidance across functions and leadership.
