Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Contracts Manager to support the HCM Business within Nightwing Intelligence Solutions. You will master contract negotiations and interface with both internal stakeholders and customer management to ensure successful performance.

The role requires 8+ years in contract management, U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph, and the ability to work onsite in Sterling, VA. You will manage proposals, negotiations, and governance for complex government contracts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, negotiations or related fields.
• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Willingness to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and prime contractor flow-down provisions.
• Ability to prioritize actions in a fast-paced environment and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration.
• Provide support to senior management on contractual and business issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and modifications for policy compliance.
• Summarize issues, research compliance matters and identify risks.
• Interface with customers during proposal, negotiations and performance.
• Negotiate sound business deals and govern program team terms.
• Collaborate with cross-business teams and external/internal customers.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with US Government customers.
