Job summary

e2Companies, Inc. seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to independently negotiate customer, supplier, and finance agreements, reporting to the General Counsel. You will build an AI-assisted contract repository and manage contract workflows to scale across multiple entities.

You will lead drafting, redlining, and term negotiation for energy-as-a-service and procurement agreements, while supporting tax credits, project finance, and compliance initiatives as part of a fast-growing energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of commercial contracting experience, including sell-side negotiations.
• Proven ability to independently manage counterparty negotiations through execution.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM or a similar CLM platform.
• Experience creating contract templates, playbooks, or intake processes.
• Knowledge of entity management and corporate formalities for LLCs/corporations.
• Strong command of risk provisions such as indemnification, liability limits, warranties, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and negotiate high volumes of customer and supplier agreements.
• Manage counterparty negotiations through execution with minimal attorney oversight.
• Support tax credit transfer, tax equity, and project finance docs with Finance.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted contract database and searchable repository.
• Administer DocuSign CLM from intake to approval, execution, and archiving.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
