Job summary

Fastly is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to drive complex revenue and procurement contract life cycles. You will negotiate high-stakes deals, coordinate across GTM, Sales and Procurement, and optimize contracting workflows with AI-enabled tools.

You will report to the Director of Contracts Management, performing with autonomy while scaling the contracts function and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex commercial contract management, administration and negotiation in SaaS/AI or high-growth tech.
• Experience negotiating high-stakes agreements and drafting/rewriting contracts.
• Proficiency with CRM and contract lifecycle tools; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Scale high-stakes commercial negotiation deal cycles with accuracy.
• Project manage transactions across internal stakeholders and counterparties.
• Support the sales cycle during critical month-end/quarter-end close periods.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline contract review and negotiations.
• Manage risk and escalations with independent judgment.
• Maintain data integrity in contract records and processes.
