Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of standard commercial contracts (confidentiality, consulting, services, supply and vendor, sale agreements).
• Maintain and manage the contract template library.
• Collaborate with the Legal Department to enhance contract workflows and to implement new products and AI solutions.
• Provide training to cross-functional stakeholders on contract processes.
