• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to management.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts in line with risk parameters.
• Maintain, update and manage the contract template library.
• Collaborate to enhance contract review workflows and adopt AI solutions.
• Provide training and guidance on contract processes to cross-functional stakeholders.
