Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with relevant contracts work.
• 5+ years of progressive contracts/subcontract administration experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting practices.
• Experience handling cost-type, fixed-price, and labor-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer prime contracts and task orders from pre-award to closeout.
• Support proposal preparation, reviewing solicitations, SOWs, and specs.
• Serve as point of contact with Government contracting personnel and teaming partners.
• Coordinate review and approval of terms, conditions, and sufficiency of documents.
• Manage subcontracts through full life cycle including negotiations and closeout.
• Prepare RFPs and evaluate subcontractor proposals with price and cost analyses.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts per FAR, DFARS, NASA FAR Supplement.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements including master services and NDAs.
